We encourage customers to carefully review images and descriptions before making a purchase.

Each product undergoes a thorough inspection by our Quality Check team to ensure it is free from defects.
However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, a damaged item during transit, or a missing item in your order, you may file a complaint by emailing us at info@shanti4ever.com.
After a complete investigation, we will initiate a refund if your claim is validated.

Returns Policy

We take pride in ensuring that all our shipments undergo multiple inspections before packing and dispatch, significantly minimizing the chances of damage.
However, in the unlikely case of damage, the following conditions apply:

Products returned without all original packaging, accessories, and items that were included with the delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement: Products can only be replaced if they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during transportation.
We do not offer replacements for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, product malfunction due to external factors, or negligence by the customer.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and return the item to us for review.

Proof of Damage: To process an exchange, we require proof of the defect, which must include an unboxing video that shows the product still in its original packaging.

Out-of-Stock Products: If the item you returned is out of stock, we will issue a credit note equal to the value of your purchase.
This credit note will be sent via email and can be used for purchases from our online store within three months.

Exclusions: The exchange policy does not apply to:

Consumable items that have been used or installed.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
